How to install RNTL App in devices?
RNTL App can be downloaded for FREE from Apple Store and Google Playstore or our customer support will send a download link via Whatsapp.
On which device RNTL App will work?
A smartphone with IOS 12.0 and above and Android 8.0.
Who can register on RNTL App?
Any one wish to rent car, truck or equipments.
What types of vehicles and equipments are available in the RNTL App?
Starting from normal 1 tonne to 10 tonne pick-ups, 40 feet trailer to 22 meters trailer. All types of heavy equipments, construction equipments etc. For full list visit www.rntl.redlogik.com.
Will the vehicle or equipment be provided with driver/operator?
Optional. We provide with driver or operator.
Do you provide helpers?
Yes. If requested by the customer.
Do you pack and unpack loose items?
Yes. If requested by the customer.
Is your workers are professionally trained?
Yes. They have undergone manual handling and safety training.
What are the communication skills of your workers?
Our workers are proficient in different languages such as Arabic, English, Hindi, Bengali, Malayalam.
How long do we notified before mobilization?
Minimum 2 hours for trucks and equipments.
When should we pay for the RNTL services?
Pay as you go. If credit time is required ‘Register’ with logisticsconnect.com
What are the types of rental?
By trip, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
What is the difference between trip and day rent?
Trip rate will be based on the distance between the pick-up and drop-off locations. Day rate will be based on hiring the vehicle equipment for 8-10 hours. Rate will differ if vehicle/equipment with or without fuel and if vehicle/equipment will be used outside Doha limits. If extra hours are required there will be an extra charge per hour based on the vehicle/equipment type.
Do you have an office in Qatar?
Yes. We have an office in the State of Qatar with a valid trade license.
Which areas do you cover in Qatar?
We cover entire Qatar.
Can we do Port/Containers movements?
Yes. Including loose cargo, import and export container movements.
Does RNTL provides insurance for shipments?
Yes. We provide insurance for shipments.
Does your vehicles/equipments are insured?
Yes. All our vehicles/equipments are insured as per Qatar Law.
Can we use for cross border movements using RNTL App?
No. RNTL App designed exclusively for Qatar geography. We have another app ‘GWAY’ for cross countries movement.
Is there any charge for canceled mobilization?
Yes. You will be charged upto 50% of total rental charges if cancels within mobilization time.
Are there any hidden charges or additional costs?
No. There is no hidden charges at all. If there is any additional cost we will inform you ahead of time.
Do you give any discount?
Yes. From case to case as per the distance and the volume.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Before 2 hours of mobilization period.
Can we pay directly to the drivers or operators?
No. Only RNTL is authorized to collect payments.
What kind of support you get from RNTL?
RNTL will provide 24/7 customer support for all the subscribers.
Do you provide emergency support from RNTL?
